This patch release includes UI improvements, bug fixes, and added telemetry.

## Improvements & Fixes

*   Showed the reserved output tokens in the context window visualization.
*   Improved the UI of the configuration profile dropdown. (thanks DeXtroTip!)
*   Fixed a bug where custom temperature could not be unchecked. (thanks System233!)
*   Fixed a bug where decimal prices could not be entered for OpenAI-compatible providers. (thanks System233!)
*   Fixed a bug with the enhance prompt feature on Sonnet 3.7 with a high thinking budget. (thanks moqimoqidea!)
*   Fixed a bug with context window management for thinking models. (thanks ReadyPlayerEmma!)
*   Fixed a bug where checkpoints were no longer enabled by default.
*   Added extension and VSCode versions to telemetry data.
